为了减少病人的候诊时间，看病时可即时挂号或电话预约，电话预约可提前3天，挂号可直接到门诊七楼。
● 每位专家值班当日诊治限10个病人，每位患者诊治时间不少于20分钟。医生在就诊时一人一间诊室，保护患者的隐私，给病人检查时做到耐心细致，解释到位。除诊断治疗外，还将得到专家详细的健康咨询。
● 对前来特需门诊就诊的病人，我们将提供导医、付费、配药、陪同做各种检查等服务，为患者繁琐的就诊环节提供了方便和快捷。
● 为门诊疑难杂症患者组织多学科专家会诊，提供全方位的服务。
● 为不断提高特需门诊的医疗和服务质量，定期对就诊病人进行了问卷调查和电话随访，不断改进工作方法，及时调整服务内容，更好地服务于患者。

门诊程序 |
- 进入特需门诊，护士根据您的病情及要求指导您选择专科医生。
- 初诊病人-----护士将指导您填写一份门诊病人基本信息表，然后挂号。
- 复诊病人-----请出示您的就诊卡，然后挂号。
- 医生到达之前护士安排您办理挂号及医院病历的调取，预约病人按约定的时间就诊，未预约的病人根据情况需要等待。
- 病人在接受医生的就诊后，护士根据医生的要求安排并陪同您一起完成在就诊期间的检查及治疗工作。
- 需再次复诊的病人应根据医生的要求约定下次门诊时间，便于您安排出时间及时复诊。
- 对于当天不能取报告的，代取报告并可邮寄，免去多次往返之苦。

| 预约服务 |
1. 常规门诊均需提前1-3天预约，请在周一至周五下午预约（按专家排班表）。
2. 请按预约的时间准时到达门诊，护士将安排您指定的医生为您准时出诊。
3. 如果临时有事不能及时到达医院就诊，请提前电话通知。
4. 没有预约的病人可能需要等待，因为我们要优先安排预约病人就诊。
5. 临时预约当天门诊不出诊的专家出诊。 |

1 Each specialist on duty gives only ten patients treatment every day.Every patient will be examined at least 20 minutes. One patient in a room when healing to protect your privacy .Experts carefully check up patients besides healthy consultation .
1 We provide all kinds of detailed services such as : medicine guide，payment,dispensation and all sorts of check-ups . Be sure that the process is brief and convenient.
1 Specialist Consultation will be made for patient being serious conditions.

| service procedure : |
1. Enter, nurses help you choose the best expert according to your cases and needs.
2. The patient visited here firstly --- nurse will guide him /her to fill out an information form,then register.
3. Further consultation with a doctor --- show one's card used last time,then register.
4. The nurse will help you register and take charge of you case history, furthermore, make reservation for the patients. The patients without making reservation have to wait according to situations.
5. Before receiving service, the nurse will accompany patients to assist in helping them receive check and treatment.
6 Considering your convenience, you , in need of further consultation, have to make reservation according to the doctor’s requirement.
7.If you can’t fetch your report in person, we can provide service of mailing to get rid of the trouble caused by traffic.

| Reservation |
1 You have to make reservation for general clinicsahead of 2~3 days, we will receive your reservation from Monday to Friday afternoon.
2 You have to arrive on time ,complying to the time reserved, and the nurse will arrange your expected doctor to get treatment.
3 If you are too busy to receive service on schedule, please give a call getting us informed.
4 The patients who don’t make reservation may have to wait, because we will take care of patients reserving firstly.
5 You can make temporary reservation for the experts who don’t work that day.
